Resisted GHjt diagonally opposite scaption

Stand up straight holding a resistance band in both hands.
Relax your arms by your sides.
Keep your gaze directly ahead and your shoulder blades relaxed.
With your elbows straight, move your arms in diagonally opposite directions, so one moves down, out and backwards, while simultaneously the other moves up, out and forwards.
Ensure you do not allow your shoulders to hunch.
Tightening your core stability muscles will help with this movement.
Control the movement as you bring your arms back down to the starting position, then repeat in the opposite direction.
