Sit on a stability ball with your feet firmly on the floor.
Hold a resistance band between both hands.
Find your neutral sitting posture and hold this position.
Bend your elbows to 90 degrees.
Keep your elbows by your side as you pull your hands away from each other, making the band taught.
Hold this position whilst you lift your arms up in front of you.
Control the movement as you bring your arms back down to the starting position.
