Resisted eccentric forearm supination – option 1

Sit upright in a chair with your arms by your sides.
Bend your elbows, and hold your hands with your palms facing down.
Hold the band loosely in both hands.
Turn your affected hand so that your palm faces up without putting a stretch on the band.
Once you have done this, use your opposite hand to stretch the band.
Slowly and controlled, turn your forearm so that that your palm faces the floor again.
