Place a target on the wall at seated eye level.
Begin by sitting upright in a supportive chair in front of the target.
With your head and gaze centered on the target, close your eyes.
Keep your eyes closed and maintain your gaze on the target as you tilt your head up.
Open your eyes and check your gaze is still directly on the target.
Tilt your head back to the center to meet your gaze.
Repeat this exercise by tilting your head down.
Progress this exercise by repeating it in a standing position, with the target at standing eye level.
You can also increase the speed of the exercise.
