Quads stretch using chair

Stand up straight holding onto a wall.
Position a chair behind you.
Place your affected foot onto the chair.
Ensure your knees are next to each other and your hips are pushed forward.
Feel the stretch down the front of your thigh.
To increase this stretch, bend your stance knee, maintaining a straight line from your head to the knee of your affected leg.
