Quadriceps stretching in standing

Stand up straight and hold on to the back of a chair for balance, if necessary.
Grab your ankle and pull your heel toward your buttock.
Squeeze your buttocks to bring your pelvis forward so that your knee will point straight down to the floor.
You should feel a stretch in front of your thigh.
Hold the stretch, then repeat.
