Push up - with left and right arc

Start position is the same as for the push-up.

Perform a push-up by pressing with the shoulder blades to raise the chest higher off the floor. 
- Maintain this position throughout the exercise.
Keeping the feet in place, slowly walk with the hands in an arc to the left, and then return to the middle position and then repeat the action moving to the right.
Regulate the number of pushups performed between each sideways movement in accordance with your personal level of fitness.
