Pulley Assisted Shoulder Flexion (seated, facing wall)

Sit tall facing a wall. Pull a rope through a ring located high above your head. Hold onto both ends of the rope. Pull down with one hand to raise your other arm upwards. Avoid leaning or hunching. Lower back down in a controlled movement. Repeat on the other side.
