Prone resisted shoulder extension

Lie on your front with arms by your side, palms up holding a dumb bell in each hand.
Lift your arms backwards, towards ceiling.
Bring the shoulder blades together and lift your head slightly from the support keeping your eyes on the support.
Hold this position, then return to start position in a controlled manner.
