Prone leg curl - machine (hamstring) - version 2

Set up the weights and the leg supports.
Lie face down on the bench.
Start with your legs straight.
Gently curl your legs in towards your buttocks.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement and then in a controlled manner return to starting position.
