Prone horizontal bilateral shoulder abduction

Prone horizontal bilateral shoulder abduction

Lie flat on your stomach and place your hands on your lower back, with your elbows relaxed and your chin resting on the floor.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, lifting your elbows off the floor.
From that position bring your hands from your lower back, out to the side of your head.
Keeping the arms horizontal to the floor, move your hands up and overhead, then back down to the starting position on your lower back.
The key is to keep your arms off the floor throughout the movement.
