Prone hamstring curl with theraband

Secure one end of a resistance band around a table leg or an adult can hold it.
Place the other end of the resistance band around your leg to be strengthened.
Lie on your tummy on the floor.
Bend your heel towards your bottom.
Slowly lower it back down again.

Required equipment: Assistant, Mat, Resistance band
