Prone GHj extension with dumbbells
Lie on your stomach with your arms resting off the sides of the bed.
Hold a weight in each hand.
Initiate the movement by pulling your shoulder blades together and then lift the arms up and back towards the ceiling.
Keep the arms straight and palms facing the ceiling throughout the movement.
Control the movement back to the start position and repeat.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Weights, free, Dumbbell
