PROM thumb isolated IP joint flexion

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table, holding the forearm up.
Use your opposite hand to hold the base and knuckle of your thumb still while trying to stretch the tip of the thumb into a fully bent position.
Hold this position in a stretch before relaxing your thumb.
