PROM thumb CMC joint extension

Sit upright in a chair with your forearm and hand on a table and your palm facing down.
Use your opposite hand to support the base of your thumb, lifting it towards the ceiling.
Try to keep the your forearm and hand on the table with the knuckle and tip of your thumb relaxed throughout the exercise.
Hold this position.
