PROM finger extension

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your palm facing down and fingers flat.
Use your opposite hand to lift your affected finger off the table, ensuring that you keep the middle and end joints as straight as you can.
Lift the finger off the table as far as you can go, without lifting your palm or other fingers.
Hold this position in a stretch.
