Plyometric wall push up - Clap between push ups
Stand leaning against the wall with your hands at chest level and with your elbows softly bent.
Bend your elbows, allowing your chest to move closer the wall and keeping the body aligned.
Explosively press the hands off the wall to bring your body to vertical, while clapping your hands together. Lean and bounce to the wall with your hands and repeat the exercise.
