Pilates teaser level 1

Sit upright with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Stretch your arms out to the front with palms facing together.
Lift one leg off the mat and extend it out at 45 degree angle to the mat, keeping your knees together.
EXHALE: roll down your upper body with your arms reaching forward and touch your lower back to the mat
INHALE: roll up back to the starting position.
Perform the required number of repetitions on this leg and then extend your other leg and repeat.
Keep your legs still as you raise and lower your trunk.
