Peroneal Nerve, Hip Tensioner (SLR Position)

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your hip in flexion, knee extended and ankle in plantar flexion and inversion.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from hip adduction and internal rotation to hip abduction and external rotation. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
