Pelvic Lift with Single Leg Raise (Male model)

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Keep the contraction and slightly pull your lower abdomen in. Lift your pelvis, straighten one leg in line with the other thigh. Make sure that your pelvis is horizontal. Bend the knee and roll down vertebrae by vertebrae. Relax your pelvic floor muscles.
