Lift your thighs up to your stomach, pointing the soles of your feet at the ceiling.
Reach between your legs and hold onto the edges of your feet.
Aim to position your shins perpendicular to your torso.
Spread your knees and gently push your feet up into your hands as you pull your hands down to create a resistance.
