Stand up straight facing a high table or work top.
Place your hands on a table for support.
Widen your stance to allow for a larger space between your feet.
Breathe in and gently lower down into a deep squat while bearing down on your pelvic floor as if you are passing wind or urine.
You should feel a gentle opening or stretch in your pelvic floor.
Breathe out as you relax your pelvic floor and come up into a relaxed standing position.
Repeat this movement.
