Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Keep your legs hip-width apart.
Focus on steady breathing throughout this exercise.
While you breathe in and fill your belly with air, gently open up your pelvic floor like a flower blossoming.
Feel your perineum lengthen and expand.
As you breathe out, relax.
