Pelvic floor - bridge with ball between knees

Lie on your back with you knees bent, feet flat on the ground and a ball between your knees.
Press down through your feet and squeeze and lift your pelvic floor as you lift your hips up.
Relax your pelvic floor as you lower back down to the ground.
