Passive wrist flexion stretch

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Sit upright in your chair.
Place your forearm on the armrest of your chair with your palm facing upwards and your fingers straight.
When ready, your assistant shall support your forearm and then assist you in bending your wrist.
Pause briefly before returning to the start position.
