Passive hip flexion stretch - version 2
This exercise requires an assistant.
Lie on your back with your legs straight out in front of you.
Ask your assistant to place one hand under your knee and the other under your heel.
Your assistant should bend your knee in towards your chest, until you feel a stretch in your buttocks and the front of your hip.
Hold this stretch before slowly lowering the leg back down again.
Required equipment: Assistant, Adjustable plinth/bed
