Passive hip adduction in supine

Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Arms are straight and out to the side.
Place one leg over the leg you want to stretch.
Using the upper most leg turn the lower leg inwards and bring the knee towards the floor.
You should feel a comfortable stretch in the buttock muscles and outer thigh of the lower leg.
