Passive cervical extension supine

Lie on your back with a yoga bolster or rolled-up towel in the small of the neck at the edge of your bed.
You may feel like you are almost lying upside down.
The goal is to work on improving the curve in your neck.
Remain in this position for no longer than two minutes.
Try to let your neck muscles relax during this exercise.

Required equipment: Yoga bolster, Adjustable plinth/bed
