Oblique Situp

Lie on your back with your legs bent and feet on the floor.
Keeping your legs together, lower your knees down to one side.
Place your hands by the side of your head.
Tight your abdominal muscles to roll your upper body up off the floor.
Reach one elbow to your knee rotating the trunk.
Control the movement as you lower yourself back down and repeat the movement.
