Nordic Hamstring Curls

In kneeling,with a training partner holding firmly from the ankles.

Lower your chest towards the floor, keeping your trunk and hips straight. Try to lower it slowly and in a controlled manner as low as possible. Push back up using your hands.

Note: Place something soft under your knees, like for example a pillow.
