Neural Mobilisation - Superior Cluneal Nerve

Start in standing with knee bent and the foot of the affected side placed up on a plinth. Bend the trunk forwards slightly and bend the hip to the maximum. Use your hands / arms to help keep your knee steady.

Push the hip outwards and then return back to the start.

The exercise should be performed painlessly.
The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
