Narrow squat

Stand up straight with your feet together.
Bend your knees as you sink your buttocks backwards as if lowering down into a chair.
Ensure you keep your knees close together and behind your toes.
Simultaneously, raise both of your arms in front of you for to help your counterbalance.
Return to the start position by driving through your buttock muscles and pushing into the ground through your heels.
Repeat.
