Kneel on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Place a folded towel, approximately 2 inches, or 5cm under one knee.
Keeping your back straight, draw your lower knee up to the same level as your other knee.
Ensure your leg moves directly upwards.
Do not allow it to move out, forward, or backward.
Control the movement as you lower the knee back down, and repeat.
