MTC balance sitting on noodle (level 1) - lifting hand

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth.
Sit onto a noodle as if sitting on a swing and allow your feet to come off the floor.
Place your arms on the surface of the water with your elbows bent to 90 degrees.
Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your back straight.
Keeping your forearms on the surface of the water, slowly lift one of your hands.
Try to keep your balance and don’t allow your body to move.
Lower your hand down, and repeat with the other.
