Modified lawn mower - with weight

Stand in a staggered stance with one leg slightly forward and a dumbbell in front of your foot.
Bend over and pick up the dumbbell using your opposite side hand.
Return to standing and lift the dumbbell as high as you can towards the ceiling.
Then, bring the weight back to the floor and repeat.
