Median nerve origin glide

Stand up straight and hold the hand of your affected arm out to the side.
Imagine you are holding a tray.
Gently move the tray away from you a little until you feel a slight pull on your symptoms.
Ease off a little, and then tilt your head away from this arm, then back towards your arm.
Continue this movement with your head, keeping your arm in the same position.
