Median Nerve, Wrist Slider

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder blade depressed down, your shoulder abducted and externally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing up with your wrist extended back.

Assitant / therapist manually moves the limb from elbow extended with the fingers bent to a position where the elbow is flexed and the fingers are extended. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
