Medial Cutaneous Nerve (Volar Rami), Cervical Slider

Start with the shoulder lowered and pull it backwards, lift straight arm outward to the side, hold the palm forward with the wrist extended backwards and deviated to the thumb side.

Pull the chin in while straightening your back up.
Poke chin out while you sink / slump your back.

The exercise should be performed painlessly.
The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
