Meatball (primitive reflex)
Lie on your back with your knees bent.
Cross your arms across your chest.
Raise your head and chest off the ground and your feet.
If you need help with this activity you can have help lifting your head with support around your shoulders.
Hold this position and then slowly lower back down.
