Masseter STM

Sit upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your thumb on the inside of your cheek and your index finger on the outside over your muscle.
The muscle feels firm and rubbery.
Your thumb should feel the tip of bone near the back of your jaw bone.
Begin with gentle circular motions between your thumb and finger.
Increase the pressure as the muscle starts to warm up.
