Lying Biceps Curl with Exercise Band
Firmly attach an exercise band in front of you near floor level. Lie on your back with knees bent and arms straight by your side. Hold an exercise band in one hand.
Bend your elbow and turn your palm facing towards your shoulder. In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
