Levator Scapulae Stretch against Wall

Stand facing the wall with one leg forward. Your elbow is lifted above shoulder level, and your hand is over the head. Support your elbow against the wall.

Turn your head slightly towards your chest and armpit. Lean towards the wall with your elbow until you feel stretch in your neck. Breathe evenly. Return to the starting position.
