Lateral Rib Glides (JEMS)
Start: Sit towards the front of a chair with feet flat on the floor. Draw yourself up into a relaxed upright posture and feel the weight through your sitting bones. Place your hands on your ribs.
Movement: Keeping your pelvis in place, slide your ribs straight across to one side. Your elbows will stay level as you glide your ribs from side to side.
