Lateral raise in sitting - single arm (adaptive)

You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and arms by your sides.
Hold a weight in one hand.
Lift the weight out to your side to shoulder height.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
