Lateral jumps
Stand tall with your arms bent 90 degrees and your forearms facing upwards.
Drive your elbows back and drop into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees.
Immediately push off the floor jumping to the side as far as you can.
Land softly in a squat position and, without pausing, jump to the side and repeat the movement pattern
