Kneeling Twist Mobiliser B (JEMS)

Start: Position yourself on one knee with the other foot flat in front. With a lengthened spine, move your weight forward onto the front leg. Place the same side hand as the front leg beside the instep of the front foot.
Movement: Maintaining your hip position, reach towards the ceiling with your free hand, looking up towards it as you turn your spine. Breathe into the stretch.
