Kneeling Hamstring Mobiliser (JEMS)

Start: Position yourself on one knee with the other foot flat in front of you. Draw yourself up into a relaxed upright posture.
Movement: Maintaining a straight spinal position, move your sitting bones backwards, bending the back hip and straightening the front leg until you feel a stretch in the back of your front thigh. Place your hands on the floor and breathe into the stretch.
