Knee flexion in sitting - with stability ball

Sit upright in a chair with a stability ball at your front.
Place your heel on the stability ball.
Make sure to activate your core muscles with straight back.
Roll the stability ball towards you by bending your hip and knee joints.
Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
