Kettlebell plank row

Adopt a plank position on top of two kettlebells directly beneath your shoulders.
Drive down to the floor through your stabilising hand whilst simultaneously lifting the weight up by bending at your elbow so the kettlebell ends up by your side.
Slowly lower the kettle bell back to the floor and repeat with the other arm.
