Kettlebell single arm clean and press

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a kettlebell loosely in one hand.
Keep the handle in line with your foot.
Move into a slight crouch and then power your body upwards using your legs and raise the kettlebell up to the centre of your body.
Maintain a loose grip on the handle throughout the movement and bring the kettlebell up to your shoulder and rotate your arm in a bicep curl movement.
Lower the weight back down in a controlled manner and repeat.
